![]() Ok.having stated all that and without going into an obnoxious amount of detail, the main reason I am breaking up with MGM is quite simply due to what I have seen is a slow degradation of their customer service and a lack foresight when it comes to customer retention, which to me seems to have recently accelerated. My bankroll for gambling is decent, but I do spend an exceptional amount on restaurants, bars, day clubs, cabanas, etc.As a local I am one of those weird people who spend an awful lot of time on the strip.Have had a host for years and besides a room for trips when I was living in MN, I have never asked for anything.1 year of MGM loyalty as a Las Vegas resident.13 years of MGM loyalty (like super loyal) as a MN resident.With all the talk on this forum recently about the change to MGM Rewards, I was curious to see how many people here that have had loyalty to MGM may see that dissipating a bit.įirst, a few things about me may be helpful to explain my situation/decision.
